Stampin' Up! Happy New Year!

No fancy graphics or images - just a heartfelt "Happy New Year" before I head down to the studio with my friends, some dippy bits, nibbles and Prosecco!

A huge Thank You to all my amazing customers who have supported me through the year and my amazing husband for building my awesome studio!

2016 is a year for new challenges as I continue to grow my team and my business and start a new day job.

Here's to the future!

Love Blossoms - Stampin' Up!

Hiya!

Hope you had a fab Christmas - I know I have... I can tell by how tight my waist band is and the empty bottles in the recycling! The days have flown by in the company of friends and family, interspersed with some lovely long dog walks and a little crafting (but not nearly enough!).

I had so many ideas of how I would spend the time off work - but that book I was going to read lays unopened on the bedside table and the SKY+ box is getting low on memory, simply because we haven't had time to watch TV!

I have made some plans for January's classes though, these are some of the ideas... they are all using the Stampin' Up! Love Blossoms Suite... The Bloomin' Heart Thinlit Dies, Love Blossoms Designer Series Paper Stack, Blushing Bride Glimmer Paper, The Love Blossoms Cardstock Pack and Bloomin' Love photopolymer stamp set.

These co-ordinating suite's make designing and creating projects so easy! This suite is great for celebrating Love and Friendship and the classes are just in time to celebrate Valentines day in February - so why not order, or book your class now?

Stampin' Up! Christmas Countdown

I couldn't believe the date of my last post! Has it really been nearly 2 weeks?

The time has got away from me, lots of classes and social things with my customers, as well as birthdays and Christmas gifts to make. I haven't even thought about sending my cards!

I've been playing with new products and trying to get my January classes designed! It will be a valentine theme... so don't forget to book!

There's not long for you to place your order for Christmas! The last day is the 13th! So click the button at the top right and place your order!

Now you know me - I'm hardly the soft and fluffy type but I had a play with the penguin the other day from the Snow Place stamp set.

So much fun just adding the layers - but I must admit it's not something I'm confident with.

I'm off now but I promise I'll get back and post soon!

(P.S. I just went down to the studio to get my husbands beautifully crafted birthday card... and I can't find it! Any ideas where I put it please? It's his birthday tomorrow! Oops)

I am so excited - the first ever On-Stage Live event in Belgium!

I'm off in the morning to Heathrow leaving hubby at home alone (what mess will I come home to?)!

I'll take lots of piccies but may not be able to share straight away as we're getting lots of sneak peeks for the new seasonal catalogue! I'll also eat lots of chocolate!

Here's a little experiment, I like to try things I've seen elsewhere -

This is the lattice effect using the Chevron Punch

It's a Gate Fold card and I decorated the inside and the envelope too using Flower Shop and Kinda Eclectic.

Well I'm off to pack now! See you in a week!

Butterfly Thinlits - Stampin' Up!

I know - I should have posted yesterday but I've been feeling a bit 'off'... I actually fell asleep in the studio making a card yesterday! So I had an early night.

I've been getting a few commissions lately - not that I'm seeking them out but people keep coming to find me. This was for a colleague at work for her mother.

Lovely isn't it? I love the Butterfly Thinlits, I've used 3 punches for the flowers, Petite Petals, Pansy and Fun Flower with the co-ordinating Petite Petals, Flower Shop and Beautiful Bunch stamp sets. Lots of pearls, the Heart Border punch and the Deco Labels Framelits.

You don't need lots of equipment to make fabulous cards and I'll be posting some simple cards that are stunning. Here I even decorated the envelope!

Hubby is out at band practice so I'm off for a sneaky craft now! Back soon! xxx

Stampin' Up!... Snowmen Sunday!

Hope you have all had a fabulous weekend... Saturday was a bit miserable but today has been lovely. I've been down in the studio papercutting all afternoon. I'll show you some of my creations at some point.

The dark evenings are here now the clocks have gone back and the days will just get shorter so I'll be spending more time crafting I expect. I promised you something and haven't had a chance to upload!

Here it is! The long promised and long awaited video tutorial for the Pop-Up Snowman card I showed you a while back...

The snowmen could be replaced with anything of your choice.

Here's the inside of the card as a reminder...

I used the Snow Place stamp set and Snow Friends Framelits.

On-Stage Live... Why I love what I do.

This time in a month I'll be in Brussels at the new Stampin' Up! Annual GLOBAL convention - now called On-Stage Live.

The atmosphere is electric, there is so much inspiration and so much to see, hear and do. And networking with fellow demonstrators is brilliant.

Sometimes there is a convention 'song'. This one is my favourite and I wanted to share it. There are lots of familiar faces from the US home office, many of whom attend the events...

I LOVE this and everything it means to me, fun, excitement, inspiration and sharing.

Wouldn't you love to work in this office?

If you would like to be part of the Stampin' Up! journey - why not join my team? Click here and email me to find out more!

Stampin' Up! October Classes

Only a month until On-Stage Live and you have just 5 days to join my team so you can come along! It's going to be an amazing experience... genuinely not to be missed!

Yesterday saw the launch of a new promotion... So if you fancy a party and want free products then get in touch!

My classes continue to be popular and I have 20 ladies attending this month. Who would have thought that a year ago? The new studio is such a fantastic place who can blame them?

Here are this months cards with the Sleigh Ride Edgelits...

Next month we are making some fabulous Punch Art Gift Boxes using the Curvy Keepsake Die! Watch this space...

Stampin' Up! - World Card Making Day - Blog Hop

Welcome to another Pinkies Blog Hop! As it's World Card Making Day today, we hope everyone will get some time to craft, and we've created some lovely projects to help inspire you to create your own beautiful card. Simply use the buttons at the end of each post to keep hopping!

I am spending the day in my studio, but I wanted to share something stunning. The original idea was from fellow Pinkie Sam Donald - of Pootles fame!

I haven't changed it much but this was closest to her original design.

The silver on black is stunning and I loved the use of the glimmer paper with the Ovals Framelits.

The sentiment and flowers were from the Wondrous Wreath set. It's easy to overlook old favourites when you have so much lovely stuff in the seasonal! Black and silver seemed such a 'classy' touch for Christmas.

I then thought I would do something a little more traditional in red and gold.

The flowers this time are from the Itty Bitty Accents punch pack - if you would like to know how I got the shape - leave me a comment if you would like a tutorial.

Keep on hopping and visit the other posts on today's hop for a little more inspiration!

Stampin' Up! Christmas Monday

I cannot believe how busy I am... and it's nearly October! Not long until Stampin' Up! On-Stage Live... the very first time ever! So if you want to come along you may want to join my team now as you only have 17 days before registration closes!

My classes are super busy - which is amazing as I have lots of lovely new lades! I went to my very first crop at the weekend with the Wycombe Scrappers - a lovely group of ladies - I just have to find time to go again! I did make a good start on my convention swaps!

So today it's just a quicky... and to let you know the Pinkies are doing another Blog Hop at the weekend so don't miss that!

This was something I tried out when I was designing for this months' classes.

Kinda cute - but what's so great I hear you ask!

These cuties - that's what!!!!!!!!! Can you see what it is yet?

Yup - it's a Pop-Up card! If you would like a tutorial - leave a comment below and I'll try and record one to post next week!

It's the Snow Place stamp set and Snow Friends framelits!

It's getting late and I've been out all evening - so back soon and have a fabulous week!

Stampin' Up! October Class

Hi!

I'm back from the stunning island of Agistri... temperatures rarely dipped out of the mid 30's in the shade... but we enjoyed every second and got home refreshed. I've been itching to craft but I had a class last night so I may get in the studio tonight.

October's classes are focusing on the  Jingle All The Way bundle - some great little edgelits and a co-ordinating stamp set.

I haven't had a chance to design all the cards we're making, not photograph them! But here are the samples Stampin' Up! show...

I'm going to step away from Christmas with this set and show you how versatile it is by including a couple of birthday cards in the class.

If you fancy popping along, just message me on Facebook - KnallCrafting, email, phone, text, carrier pigeon... whatever you prefer! And hopefully I'll have some samples for you in the next few days.

Stampin' Up! For him

Hiya,

I'm on my holibobs... drinking plenty of Amstel Radler and expanding by the moment! (looks like I'll be dieting!)

Thought I would share this card I was commissioned to make a while ago.

That's two 80th Birthday cards I've been asked to make this year! The persons dad used to do boxing or weightlifting. It was a while ago so I can't remember but this was really apt!

It's the Guy Greetings stamp set, it has some awesome images!

And did you spot that bow? It has to be my best ever and I just can't get another one so perfect however hard I try!

Well back to the pool for now!

Stampin' Up! Wedding Celebrations

Well - I'm not going to be about for the next week so I thought I would share a card I made for my cousin.

It's amazing that I can still remember changing his nappies and him running up the garden with no clothes on as a toddler in the summer!

It's hard to believe he's 30 years on and embarking on a new part of his life with his lovely new wife!

This is the card I made for them to celebrate their wedding.

I stamped the flowers from Birthday Blossoms on Vellum with Versamark and heat embossed with white embossing powder.

The butterflies are cut from Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer Paper.

This time tomorrow I'll be in a Greek bar, Katie will be staying here looking after the cats who will no doubt, as usual, treat her with contempt for as long as it takes to realise she holds the tin opener!

I'll schedule another post for in the week... Something for him!
