Well we're over half way to the weekend! YAY!
Today I'm posting some cards I made Sunday evening... and there must be something in the air at the moment as fellow Pinkie - Lizy Bartaby used the very same stamp set on her blog today! Well you know what they say about Great Minds!
I love the stamps but occasionally I know straight away that I would prefer the sentiment and image to be separate, so what I did with this stamp was to carefully cut the sentiment away from the image and mounted one on each side of the block - so I have 2 stamps now and don't have to faff about trying to mask part of the stamp when I want one element!
Stampin' Up! really know what they're doing letting us mount the stamps ourselves.
Anyhow the stamp in question is Blessed Easter and here are the cards I made - I love them and hope you do too!
For this first card I teamed up Smoky Slate with Pink Pirouette, hand colouring the flowers with my Stampin' Write Marker. Did you recognise the En-Francais background stamp?
This second card I used Crumb Cake and Wisteria Wonder and Very Vanilla card stock. On this card I heat embossed the tulip heads with clear embossing powder before colouring them.
I'd love to know what you think so please leave a comment - and I love to see if any of my images get Pinned... I always wonder how many people have to Pin something before one of the people I follow Pins it!
I'm a curious soul! I also have a large box from UPS sitting in my craft room so am off for a play!

Unashamedly CASEd
I saw this card on Pinterest and absolutely loved it... I printed off the picture to CASE and can't for the life of me find the original post/Pin... So if you were the original designer - please leave me a message and a link to your blog so I can give you the credit you deserve!
Why can't I ever think of anything as gorgeous? I used the Flower Shop bundle, the Label Card thinlits, the Secret Garden framelits and have you spotted the Candy Dots?
The flowers were heat embossed with Whisper White embossing powder.
Have been dying to share this for months but life got in the way so I hope you like it!

Double Challenge Entry
I can't believe it's been 4 days since my last post! Where on earth has the time gone?
On reflection I have been super busy, I bought a caravan so have had a towing lesson as I've not towed for years and wanted some practice. Went to pick up the caravan, sorted dog cages and a tow bar for my car, a close friend has had a baby so I drove over and visited her, I've been sorting out everything I will need for my Wreath Class and ordering all the materials, then last night we went and had dinner with hubby's business partner and his wife.
Today I am stopping for breath!
Somewhere in there I managed to make a card for two challenges this week. CAS Colours and Sketches Challenge, it was a colour challenge this week. and the Freshly Made Sketches sketch for this week.
Sometimes it's really hard to think of something for these challenges but I really needed some 'structure' to get my creative juices going, as you can imagine with everything going on my creative mojo took a hike!
I used the Zoo Babies stamp set, Bring on the Cake birthday sentiment set, the Scallop Dotted Ribbon border punch and the Label Bracket punch.
I used Iridescent Ice embossing powder in the word Birthday and Dazzling Diamonds on the strip of ribbon. Want to know how I got that straight line? I used a thin strip of double sided tape and then sprinkled on the Dazzling Diamonds. Neat trick isn't it?
So I have quite a few bits to share over the next few days. Particularly as things have hopefully settled down for a while.

Fond Farewell...
I started my current job back in November then just before Christmas we moved into a new office. One of the people in the new office was a chap I hadn't met before but he shared my same dry humour and I have spent the last few weeks in fits of hysterical laughter... In fact I would say I have never been happier at work. He is just such a fun guy.
Today though I had to say goodbye as he and his wife and children are moving to Canada on Monday and I'm not back at work this week.
I wanted to make him a card to wish the whole family the best of luck in their new home... I know they are looking forward to the skiing, snowboarding and I don't believe they have a five and a half hour drive from the airport to their new home! No-where in the UK is that far from anywhere!
It will be interesting to see if his new colleagues and neighbours will 'get' his dry wit and sarcasm - we brits are something else when it comes to humour!
I used the new 'Just Sayin' set and matching framelit and you might notice the Saleabration embossing folder there...
Don't forget if you want to book on one of my classes to make the wreath you need to book and pay by Friday!
The dates are the 14th, 19th or 21st of March and cost just £22.50.

Tag Topper Treat Pouch Tutorial.
Hiya folks,
Just a quick post for you tonight as I have had a few people e-mail me and ask for instructions how to make those cute Easter Treat pouches I made... in particular how I made the daffodils!
So here is a quick tutorial. Please do feel free to Pin and share on your Blogs or Facebook, but it would be lovely if you could give me credit and link back to my blog (mainly because I love to see where my blog traffic comes from).
Hope you enjoy!

Class Update and Easter Treats
Well folks - we had a fabulous time at our class last night and made 4 beautiful cards each. And I have something special to share further down my post!
Here is one of the places all laid out ready for crafting!
I don't know if you can see the little gifts I made my ladies on the right hand side? One is a little box made with the Scallop Tag Topper punch, containing a Tealight candle. The other is another little gift made with the punch... Check it out!
Don't you just love the cute little daffodil!
Here is another one I made too! Just in case you needed a bigger egg!
That egg fits just perfectly in the holes punched out using the large oval punch!
I have had such a busy week, and next week is already set to be just as manic, but I will soon have details of another class - this time making the Burlap and Blooms wreath! Watch this space!

Sunshine...
Is something we've really been lacking recently, so I was so happy it shone just a little today.
I hope you enjoyed our Blog Hop - it's always great fun and we don't actually get to see each others posts until the day either! So we have a lovely surprise too!
Tonight's little something is in celebration of the sunshine and praying we don't get too much more rain!
It is also my entry for the Less is More Single layer challenge.
It's hard to believe it's just one layer isn't it? But I promise it is... I used a mask and sponged each 'ray' working from right to left each time to get the change in colour density.
So effective isn't it?
Hope you had a good weekend and are feeling ready for the new week! I may not get a chance to post every day as I'm mad busy this week - but I hope to bring you a couple of things.
Don't forget you can order from me any time by e-mailing/calling/messaging on FB... carrier pigeon!
And for every £45 you spend you get to choose a FREE Sale-a-bration item. Or you could join my team!

Pinkies Blog Hop - His 'n' Hers
Thank you for joining us on another Pinkies Blog Hop! We're showcasing lots of gorgeous projects
using products from the new Stampin' Up!® Spring/Summer Catalogue. Simply use the buttons at the
end of each post to keep hopping!
If you have arrived here from Xandra's Blog - I hope you loved her creativity as much as I did!
I decided to do two contrasting projects as I think the new Spring/Summer catalogue really does have every possible style covered as usual.
My first card is one for the boys, I used the Perfect Pennants Bundle (Stamp Set & Framelits) and both the dots and the sentiment stamps were inked using the Encore Silver ink. I then cut a large pennant out of the new silver Fancy Foil Designer Vellum and a smaller one with the sentiment using the framelits. for a little added detail I used the Silver Bakers Twine and one of the gorgeous Basic Metal Buttons.
Next is something super girly - flowers and pink! I admit I totally ADORE the Petite Petals Bundle (Stamp Set & Punch) I stamped a whole card front with the flowers, cut ovals out with the Oval framelits then did the same with plain coloured card stock so I could layer them on the card. I stamped the sentiment with Sassy Salutations, cutting it out with the Pennants framelits. Punched out some flowers and used a little of the Gold Sequin Trim to add some bling.
I do love those super cute sequins so I managed to sneak some more in... did you spot them?
I hope you've enjoyed my creations the next stop is Caroline's Blog so hop on over to see what she has prepared for you.

A little flutter
Just a quicky... only because I have been so busy I haven't had time to craft and I need to get ready for Wednesday's class... I'm at Pinkies training on Monday, Yoga Tuesday, Class Wednesday and Agility with the dogs Thursday!
Tomorrow is a super special day too as a few of us Pinkies (Members of Michelle Last's downline) are doing a Blog hop to introduce products from the new occasions catalogue! So please stop by to have a look!
Don't forget all the special deals throughout Sale-a-Bration... including the option to join for just £99 and get £150 worth of products. I am also booking parties for March now as you can tell I am a busy lady so get in quick with your preferred dates!
The card I am showcasing today uses two of my favourite 'go to' sets that have been neglected with Christmas and all the new products - can you believe I have 4 new stamp sets still waiting to be mounted!
Don't forget to pop back for tomorrows' Blog hop - meanwhile I'm just popping out to do some deliveries to some very excited ladies... one of whom is very heavily pregnant and in need of something she can do without having to stand up! I'm just so grateful we haven't been too badly hit by the floods - At least I don't have to swim to them.
See you tomorrow!

I have used Coastal Cabana card stock and matching Designer Series Paper, then the two gorgeous butterflies from Papillon Potpourri are mounted on one of the labels from Chalk Talk... inked up in Smoky Slate and cut out with the corresponding framelits.
Lastly that fun sentiment is from Sassy Salutations.
Isn't it a pretty card?
Here is a closer look at those butterflies. They were punched out using the coordinating punches - Elegant Butterfly and Bitty Butterfly.
See you tomorrow!

Tag Gift - Mini Scrapbook Tutorial
Well I did promise to post another video today and this is for the Tag Gift that I posted a little while ago...
Good job I decided to post this today as the lovely Michelle Last - our Pinkies upline, did a draw for a prize for a creation from the new catalogue - And I won! Thank you Michelle lovely! xxx Now everyone wants to see how I made it.
I had a busy day today, cleaning the house from top to bottom, cleaning out all the animals, walking the dogs... NOT in the rain! So I'm glad I had this to post as I've had no time to craft but now I've got all my chores done I have the whole day tomorrow to create gorgeous things.
I placed an order last night and just couldn't resist adding a few things for myself. Absolutely no self control!
Hope you are having a fabulous weekend and here is the video for you...
