Special gifts for a special Stampin' Up! team

I have a lovely team of ladies in my downline. I like to reward them whenever I can and Easter is an ideal excuse for chocolate... but you can't 'just' give chocolate, I had to make some beautiful packaging!

Tonight is the last chance to book for the April class and 6pm is the deadline if you would like to add anything to my order and save some postage if you collect from me. xxx

April Stampin' Up! classes

So - this is it - your last chance to book for the April classes! I have spaces on the 11th or 13th April - though only a couple so don't miss out - if there are a group of you I will do a class exclusively for you. (Minimum 3 people.)

As well as the card I showed you the other day we'll be making a couple of masculine cards. These are always something so difficult to find.

The first uses The Open Sea.

Along with that fabulous embossing technique!

The other card uses Guy Greetings. I love this set it is just so versatile!

If you want to come along you have until 6pm Wednesday to book, and also to order anything you might like from the catalogue that you want to collect from me.

Stampin' Up! Sunny Saturday - Birthday Blooms

It's a beautiful sunny day here and I'm excited to be going out later to a gig with my friend Lesley and a couple of others... preceded by an Italian meal! Nom Nom!

In the meantime I just had to share this stunning card, sometimes I get flashes of inspiration and I really loved this effect!

Isn't it beautiful? I used the Birthday Blooms set, my score tool, Blender Pens and Vellum. I've done a video tutorial for you to follow if you would like to have a go...

I just adore the subtle colours.

Here you can see the raised effect that embossing the Vellum creates - it's a really tactile card.

I cut the frames using the Lots of Labels Framelits.

Have a fabulous weekend!

Happy Stampin' Up! Mother's Day!

Well after a completely manic week I have been in bed poorly... I don't want to share my germs with my Mum so I won't be seeing her today.

I thought I would share the card I made her... she doesn't 'do' the internet - but don't show her coz she's not had the card yet!

I've used so many different elements here... I hope it isn't too busy?

I love the glimmer paper butterfly overlaid on the stamped one... and you can see I put my Sharpie to good use!

I was stamping on some pottery on Thursday - can't wait to show you that! In the mean time I'm off back to bed! Hope you're having a great weekend and spoiling your Mum!

Stampin' Up! Sunburst Die

It's that time of the month again - time to book your class for March. The days are getting longer and we've had some beautiful sunshine, today we walked past the Prime Ministers Country House - Chequers. I would love to see inside! I wonder if he reads my blog!?!? I somehow doubt it.

I'm going to offer a customer reward class in the Autumn for any customer who has attended at least 6 classes between March and September will get a FREE crafty session. How fabulous is that?

In March we'll be making these 3 beauties! You have until 6pm on Monday to book.

I used the balloon from the Party Punch Pack, It's My Party DSP, Sunburst Thinlits Die and Sunburst Sayings stamps and the Wink of Stella glitter pen - with a few other bits from the annual catalogue.

Enjoy the rest of your weekend!

Stampin' Up! Mega Class!

I keep repeating the mantra... "I'm not nervous, I'm not nervous, I'm not nervous."

But I really am! Tomorrow I have my biggest class yet in the studio. Ten Rangers from 14-25 years old.

I've designed some lovely cards with a couple of little techniques.

I'm afraid I've only got some photo's from my phone of the cards on my white board to show you. I just hope they all like them!

Here's the room all set up ready! I was worried it would seem cramped but I'm amazed how much space there is once all the tables are out, not round the sides of the room.

Tomorrow I'll share the cards we're making in the March class if you fancy coming along!

My niece came and stayed on Saturday night and my friend Lesley and I took her on a nice long walk with the dogs... thought I would share our cheeky selfie! LOL - It's going in this years Project Life album... Once I get last years finished!
