I had most of the day off from crafting yesterday to do my housework... I know a bit of a swear word round here too!
Yesterday evening we went to Prezzos in Thame for an Italian! Completely blitzed any chance of losing any weight this week... so I walked the dogs six miles this morning!
I haven't entered many challenges lately so this is my entry for this weeks Freshly Made Sketches challenge - you can visit the challenge page here.
I stamped the border using my Stamp-a-majig and the Mosaic Madness stamp set. I cut the banner using the Hearts a Flutter framelits.
The patterned papers are from the Quatrefancy Speciality Designer Series Papers that co-ordinate with the Mosaic collection of products. This particular design is in the new Strawberry Slush colour.
Last of all I used one of my flowers, made using the Simply Pressed Clay and Moulds. I coloured it by mixing some re-inker in the clay.
The sentiment is from Bring on the Cake and I think it is my favourite!
I hope it fits the sketch - what do you think?

Double Challenge Entry
I have so many lovely cards to share with you this week, that apart from my CAS Design Team entry for Thursday, this may be my only challenge card this week.
I have combined challenges from Freshly Made Sketches and Pals Paper Arts...
I used the Marina Mist as the base card, used the Stippled Blossoms Stamp Set for the flower and leaves, fussy cutting the flower and mounting it with a dimensional. The stamp set is a 2 part set, so you stamp the base colour first and use the Stamp-a-majig to overlay the darker colour. As there was only one green in the colour challenge I stamped the base once on scrap - so I had a fainter image to over stamp... then I used the Certainly Celery ribbon. The sentiment was a Sale-a-Bration set. Although it is no longer available, it isn't officially retired until next year.
I hope you like today's card and will join me tomorrow for something really simple that I created with my favourite products...

Freshly Made Challenge #72
My entry for this weeks challenge from the Freshly Made team is a simple card, I have used Rose Red and Pink Pirouette, teamed with the Two-Tone ribbon from the new catalogue. To give it a bit of extra luxury I also added some of the Organza ribbon. I made the bow using one of the gorgeous Antique Brads.
The Pink Pirouette card has been cut with the Large Scallop Edgelits and embossed with the Delicate Designs embossing folder. I rounded the corners of the card with a circle punch.
The sentiment is from Bring on the Cake and is stamped in Rose Red.
You may not see very well from the image but the lower half of the card stock is watermarked with one of the flowers from Secret Garden. You do this by stamping in the same colour ink as card stock.
I hope you like it and would love any thoughts or comments you would like to share.
I did warn you I was getting hooked on these challenges!

Freshly Made Sketches Challenge #71 - Stampin' Up!
Today I am entering the Freshly Made Sketches challenge. Oh I am getting quite hooked! Can you tell?
I love the Subtles colour collection from Stampin' Up! and decided to use a combination of the Rose Red and Pretty in Pink.
I don't have a tag die so I used one of the Apothecary Accent Framelits to make my tag, I punched a hole and added a flourish of Organza Ribbon. I stamped it with En Francais and felt the card needed something to set it off. So I stamped a Doily with a flower from the Mixed Bunch set.
I couldn't decide what shape to add so I stayed with the floral theme and stamped another flower and punched it out with the Blossom Punch.
The sentiment was from the Teeny Tiny Sentiments set, punched out with the Word Window and mounted on a piece of card punched using the Modern Label punch. I joined the 3 elements with a Rose Red Glimmer brad (now sadly retired).
Finally I added a few pearls. Just because I love them!
I hope you like it!
Here is the Sketch - what would you do with it? Are you enjoying my challenge entries? Why not leave me a comment. I love to hear what my blog followers think of the items I post!
